You’re eligible for Lifeline services if you participate in a qualified assistance program or if your income falls below the 135% poverty threshold.

Due to COVID-19, you only need to provide proof that your current income falls below the threshold.

Low Income

You qualify if your current income is at or below the 135% Federal poverty threshold for your household size.

Unemployed

You can show proof of your current benefits or your recently submitted application.

Your current income must be 135% or less than the federal poverty guideline. The poverty guidelines are shown below and differ by household size and state.
